Who we are
raoumer.com is run by Rao Umer (RTC: Rao Trading Concept), an online trading education service. Contact: contact@raoumer.com.
What we collect
- If you join RTC Pro, we keep your name, email, WhatsApp number, a scrambled (hashed) password, your membership dates and the USDT transaction ID of each payment. If you turn on alerts, we also keep the push address your browser gives us, only to send RTC Pro alerts; turning alerts off or signing out removes it. Payments are made in USDT on the TRON (TRC20) or BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network from your own wallet; we never see or store card or bank details.
- To keep each account to one person, we record the device you sign in on and the network (IP address range) you use. Using the account from many places in one day pauses it for a while.
- We send RTC Pro emails from noreply@raoumer.com and WhatsApp messages to the number you give us: your code, welcome, renewal and expiry reminders.
- If you send the RTC Mentorship application form, we receive the details you enter (name, WhatsApp, email, city, experience and message) by email, and keep a private copy, only to contact you about the mentorship.
- Your browser may store small preferences on your device, such as light or dark theme and tool settings. These stay on your device.
- We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the performance of our ads. Meta may set cookies and receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit.
- If you message us on WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram or other platforms, that platform's own privacy policy applies to the message.
Third-party data and services
Live prices, sentiment, calendar and news on this site are loaded from third-party data providers and public news feeds. When your browser loads this data, those providers may receive your IP address. Videos and posts link to YouTube, Instagram and WhatsApp.
How we use information
Only to run and improve the website, understand which pages are useful, and measure our advertising. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of ad personalisation in your Meta account settings. To ask a question about your data, email contact@raoumer.com.
